Dishonest?

Is it dishonest to leave your car in a the ghetto with the keys in the ignition stripped of the brand new tires you put on them just so you don't have to pay to get yet another really expensive part on it fixed?

Ha, I used to leave the keys in my car when I was in High School/College because I really wanted someone to steal it.
