You know all about the reindeer. Dasher, Dancer, Comet...on and on. But do you know about Santa's Elfkins? Those little creatures who make the toys all year long and help load Santa's sleigh?
Let me tell you a tail of the most famous Elfkin of all. The one who helped save Christmas one year.
Her name: Noelley.

It had been a hard year. The toy market had dropped 400 points. The candy economy had even started to suffer. The corporate elves had overspent and were declaring bankruptcy. To make matters worse the reindeer flew in from their vacation spot in Malibu on private jets and were asking Santa for a raise so that they could afford new Iphone's. They told Santa he had to give them a raise...or they would quit!

Santa knew he was in a pickle. What would he do without the reindeer? If he didn't have reindeer he couldn't deliver toys. If he didn't deliver toys the elves would be out of a job. If the elves didn't have a job HE wouldn't have a job!
There was nothing he could do. He would have to give into their demands. Just as he was about to sign the papers a little elf interupted.

"Oh no!" she said when she heard the news. "The reindeer have become greedy! Santa needs some budget help! I know just what to do!" So she turned on her video camera and started braodcasting live to all of the other elfkins.

"Is this thing on?"

"Hi there elfkins. This is Noellikins broadcasting live from outside Santa's board room. We all know that finances have been tight this year. Santa's so overwhelmed he can't think straight. Its up to US to make a difference."

Toys this year are just going to have to be a bit...smaller. We have to remind people that the joy of giving can still be accomplished by small and simple ways."

"We are going to have to think of a new animal to pull Santa's sleigh. They have to like cold weather, be strong, and capable of flying....Wait a minute. Since when are normal reindeer capable of flying? Santa's magic can make anyone fly. This ought to do the trick!"

"Let me just run through my check list on this sleigh...Looks like we are ready for take off! Christmas is SAVED! Santa take a break. I've got it this year!"

"Who needs a private jet anyway?"
